Origin
I am originally from New Guinea & Malaysia.
Height/Growth
I am a fast grower and can grow up to 2m tall.
Light
Like most ferns, I like low levels of light or indirect sunlight. A northern or Eastern facing windowsill will provide the best exposure.
Water
I like to be kept moist, so water me whenever my soil feels dry to touch, but make sure I have adequate drainage.
Temperature
Keep me away from draughts and in temperatures of between 18 and 24°C.
Feeding
Please feed me diluted fertiliser once a month during the growing season.
Grooming
Take off any unsightly leaves as required and trim off crowded fronds to encourage air flow and reduce the chance of fungal infections.
Care
I like humidity so please occasionally spray me with water.
Toxicity
Good news: I am pet friendly!
Fact
I am an epiphyte which means in my natural surroundings I grow directly on the trunks of trees.
