I have mid-dark green large leaves in a variety of sizes, which may be the reason I've been such a coveted house plant in recent years. My prized leaves are oval in shape and leathery in texture.Useful to know:
Origin
I am originally from Western Africa.
Height/Growth
If you look after me I can grow up to 3m tall with a spread of 1m!
Light
I like to be in a very well-lit room, but no direct sunlight please.
Water
Let the top of my soil dry out before watering me, however don’t let me have long stretches of being dry or too damp. Please mist me lots, it keeps me fresh.
Temperature
Keep me away from draughts and in temperatures of between 18 and 24°C.
Feeding
Please feed me diluted fertiliser once a month during the growing season.
Grooming
Keep me well trimmed and cut off any damaged leaves and twigs when you see them.

Warning: I can take a while to adjust to a new environment, so please bear with me.

Fact
To revive a dead Fiddle Leaf Fig chop it off from the trunk, if you are lucky it will end up more vibrant then when you started.
