Croton Mammy Care Guide

Light

Loves bright indirect light, and preferably 4-5 hours of sunlight per day, otherwise its colours will fade.

Water

Keep moist but not sitting in water. You can mist it often.

Temperature

It likes a warm, humid environment.

Feeding

Feed with a low-nitrogen, slow-release fertiliser once in early spring and once again in summer.

Grooming

Clean its leaves often so that its colours can be appreciated.

Care

When it gets stressed, it loses its leaves - if you've just brought it home, wait a few weeks to let it adjust. If it continues to lose its leaves, check that the air around it is not too dry and that it is getting enough light.
