Christmas Shipping 2020

In light of delays between Europe and the UK and extra demand on couriers, we will now not be shipping plants until early January. Normal service will resume in the new year.

Wednesday 16th December

Final shipping for plants, pots and most accessories. Shipping between 16th December and 4th January is expected to slow down significantly. See below for more details. 

Monday 21st December

Final shipping for Hiba products and selected accessories. Shipping between 21st December and 4th January is expected to slow down significantly. See below for more details. 

Monday 4th January 

Normal shipping is expected to resume, though slight delays should be expected until the following Monday.

Why are you taking a break between Christmas and New Year?

Every year the postal network struggles between Christmas and New Year, when increased demand coincides with reduced staff (who take some well-deserved holiday).

Under normal circumstances we might send plants in late December, but with new coronavirus restrictions and Brexit added into the mix too, we have no choice but to hold orders back until January.

Please rest assured that you will still get your order, you might just need to wait a little longer than normal. 

Will my subscription order be delayed?

If you subscribe after 20th December, your first subscription box will probably be held back to avoid getting caught in the backlog.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders after they've been placed.

This is because our growers will have reserved your plants, our packing team will have prepared your boxes and our courier will be expecting your parcel.
