Drought tolerant, Calamondins are the easiest to care for citrus trees. They grow perfumed flowers that bloom into juicy golf-ball sized edible orange fruits. Although introduced to North Americans around 1900, they only started being exported to the US in the early 60s for use as houseplants. From then, their popularity started to grow worldwide.

Can grow indoors and in shade but they thrive if grown in full sun

Soil should be dry to the depth of 1 inch between waterings; water thoroughly once or twice a week, be more generous during extended dry periods

Prefers warmer temperatures, from 21 °C to 32 °C and will struggle below 12 °C
Feeding
Feed it during the growing season with full strength, water-soluble fertilizer
