Kokedama: A Japanese tradition, they are bowls made with moss on which the plant grows.

Plant Care Tips: Curly Spider Plant
- The Chlorophytum comosum plant will thrive in well-lit rooms, out of direct sunlight.
- The ideal temperatures are between 12 and 22ºC.
- Water generously from spring to autumn and less in the winter.
- Spider plants store nutrients in their tubers so they don’t need too much feeding. A weak fertiliser once a month during the growing season only is plenty.
- The plant will appreciate yearly repotting during the spring. Use a well-draining organic soil mix.

Spider plants are members of the Asparagaceae family and are native to southern Africa.
Who is the Curly Spider Plant?
The genus name, Chlorophytum, is a combination of the Greek words chloros and phyton, which together mean green plant.Outdoors, the spider plant can produce small, fragrant, star-shaped white flowers that are attractive to bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and other pollinators. Indoors, they are unlikely to bloom flowers.
