Your Plant Subscription Box comes with no hidden fees or nasty surprises. We’ve done all the thinking for you so you can enjoy unique varieties, beautiful pots and exclusive content with zero fuss or commitment. 

FLAT RATE shipping for all shop orders

If you’re placing a one-off order on plants, pots & accessories in our shop, you will be charged a flat rate charge of £6.95 for delivery across the UK.*

Why do we charge £6.95? Getting plants directly from the growers is no mean feat. Our expert plant pickers, packers, and international couriers are all providing a service which we must ensure is fairly compensated. Your £6.95 allows us to do just that!

*Excluding the channel islands. Unfortunately our courier agreement currently excludes the channel islands, but this may change in the future!

Receive your order within 7 working days

Our orders tend to arrive within 7 working days, and usually within 5 working days. We have been experiencing some short delays due to varying restrictions across Europe and the UK. Please be patient and only get in touch if you haven't heard from our courier 8 working days after you placed your order. 

No need to wait at home

Because plants are perishable items, our couriers will leave your plants in a safe place, wherever possible if you’re not at home. This ensures that the plant(s) spend as little time as possible in the box. 

Returns policy

Due to the perishable nature of plants, we can only refund or exchange plants in the event of damages.

Plants and pots are fragile cargo and sometimes mishaps do happen. If you receive a damaged plant or pot, email hello@bloomboxclub.com within 3 days of receiving your item and our customers care team will advise you.

Please include a photograph of the damage with the exterior packaging and the delivery label visible.

Please note returns will not be processed if this has not been authorised by a member of our customer care team and any instructions given not followed.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure all returns have been adequately packaged and any evidence documented before being returned to us as we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs in transit.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of returning items to us.

We are only able to reimburse postage costs on damaged items being returned to us that have been authorised by our customer care team, please keep any proof of postage as we will be unable to track your return and reimburse you without this.

Perishable items such as plants are not covered by the right to cancel and we are unable to accept returns and process refunds for plants ordered in error or unwanted.
