Customers' delivery date will default to the second Friday of the month after they place their order. A second delivery date is available as an option, this is always the third Friday of the month following their order. Once you have placed your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request this alternative delivery date.
Currently we are only able to deliver our outdoor plants within the M25. This is done in house through our BloomBox Club Delivery Team. Our Indoor plants are available for Nationwide delivery and are mostly distributed by DPD.
We do our upmost to ensure that your plants arrive safely to your door and then at all times you are made aware of when the plants have left us and will be arriving to you.
The prices for our subscription boxes are inclusive of packing and delivery, however if you are buying something from our shop this will incur a delivery cost which is determined by the weight of your basket.
