How does it work?

When you checkout with a Gift Subscription Card, we will manually create a personalised Gift Subscription Card for you, and send it to you via email. Please allow up to 2 working days for us to process your Gift Subscription Card.

The card contains redemption instructions for the gift recipient, and they can activate their Gift Subscription whenever they like. The recipient will need to go through our system to create their account, which requires them to enter their card details. But we will not charge their card.

What if I don’t know their address?

You don’t need to know any personal information of the gift recipient, as the Gift Subscription Card will be sent to the email address you checkout with.

The gift recipient will enter their own details when they set up their account.

What does the subscription include?

Every month subscribers receive a beautiful hand-picked plant, a perfectly fitting ceramic pot or basket, a printed care card, and a monthly Plants & Wellness course booklet. Every 2-3 months, subscribers receive surprise add-on gifts too, so watch out for those! Each plant and pot combination is specially selected by our team of experts, and remains a surprise until you get your reveal email.

Are the subscription plants pet friendly?

We can’t guarantee that all of our subscription plants are pet-friendly. The sheer number of different substances that can be harmful to animals would make it impossible to offer the variety we have now. Lots of the Bloombox Club team have pets and subscription plants living under the same roof, but if you’re concerned, check out our pet-friendly collection.
