Key Benefits — Colour and Humidifying

Tropical plants are adapted to humid conditions, if they are looked after correctly and misted often they can act as natural humidifiers helping with breathing problems, and skin sensitivity.

It’s well known that colours can affect emotions and affect reactions. The pink tones in the Strawberry Star can inspire creativity, and white is the colour of new beginnings!

Plant Care Tips: The Caladium Strawberry Stars

  • Like other tropical plants, it will appreciate regular watering and moist (not wet) soil.
  • Keep it in an area with bright indirect sunlight
  • Strawberry Stars will appreciate a rich, well-draining potting mix.
  • During the warmer months, feed it with a liquid fertiliser.
  • If you keep the plant outdoors, bring it back inside in the winter and keep it in a well-heated room.

The Caladium Strawberry Star Story

The Strawberry Star Caladium leaves are a little on the fragile side but the plant will survive strongly with the correct care.

Your Caladium may get a little dry during transport, this is normal and will not affect your plant. Make sure you water it as soon as you receive it, give it a day or two and it will be back to its normal beautiful ways!
