Origin
I come from West and Central Tropical Africa.
Height/Growth
I shoot up instead of out and can reach up to 1.6m.
Light
I like bright indirect light best but can deal with a bit of direct sun.
Water
Water me more during the summer and less during winter. Once a week alongside a good misting will do.
Temperature
No rooms below 10°C please.
Feeding
Feed me monthly between April and September.
Grooming
Dust my leaves off occasionally and pluck off any dry leaves. You can prune me in spring or summer if I'm getting too tall.
Care
I am susceptible to root rot if you overwater me so don't drown me!
Toxicity
I am toxic so please don't eat me.
Fact
In spring and summer I flower, throwing out dozens of firework-like clusters of white flowers.
