Light: Dracaena loves spots with bright, indirect light. These plants can tolerate short periods of direct sunlight, as well as low-light conditions. They will thrive best in these bright and indirect conditions, however. If kept outdoors, it will best enjoy a region of your garden that is in partial shade or dappled sun.

Soil: Potted plants enjoy a good peat-based commercial potting mix. Having a slight acidity is a bonus. If grown in the garden, ensure that the soil is rich and well-draining.

Water: Keep these Dracaneas well-watered. Keeping them consistently moist throughout the Spring and Summer periods is a must.

Dracaena Colorama

This beautiful plant is a mesmerizing plant that you can keep inside or outside. It has a vibrant pinky-red colour that coats the perimeter of its long, thin, sharp-looking leaves. This gives it an eye-catching appearance as it grows from a thick, random-looking bush. Dracaena Magenta

This beautiful plant is clearly related to the Colorama. Deeply green inner leaves play beautifully against some vibrant red perimeters. This green and red contrast is amazing and brings a pop of colour to any room or garden.

Hawaiian Sunshine

The Hawaiian Sunshine is one of the most common Dracaena plants. This soft-looking plant has some waxy dark green leaves with pale yellow streaks. It grows from within and looks like a geometric, kaleidoscopic shape from above.
